How We Ship
All items will be sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery for peace of mind. Where your order exceeds £39 it may be split and sent in more than one delivery. Overseas orders will be sent by Airmail wherever possible.

Returns
Please let us know if you need to return any purchased items for any reason. You will be given a return address and reference number so that you can either be refunded or your item/s replaced as quickly as possible.
Distance Selling Regulations and Your Right to Cancel
Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. Your cancellation rights expire 7 working days from the date you contact us or after 7 working days of receipt of the delivery. The distance selling regulations further specify when your cancellation rights expire. Cancellation is only deemed served if sent using one of the methods listed on our 'Contact Us' page.
Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we shall refund you in full as soon as possible, but in any event, no later than 30 days from receipt of your cancellation request.
When returning your item(s), it is important that you contact us beforehand (as stated above) and ensure that any items sent back are sent by a trackable delivery service. The cost of returning items to us is not refundable unless the reason for return is that the goods were either damaged or faulty on receipt. |
